M. Amanullah, aged about 61 years, is the Chairman of the Group. He is one of the distinguished industrialists and entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. He is the Chairman of Aman Group of Companies and also holds the Chairman position of all the companies under the umbrella of Aman Group. He is one of the founders and Present Chairman of Mercantile Bank Ltd., and Ex Chairman & Present Advisor of Global Insurance Ltd. &Desh General Insurance Ltd. With his contribution, Aman Group of Companies has now invested in various diversified fields such as HP Chemicals Ltd. A pioneering project involved in manufacturing hydrogen peroxide chemicals, Mohona Television, AmaderShomoy a daily newspaper. M. Amanullah is also recognized for his contribution to the community and to the nation in the field of education. He is one of the members of the Governing Board of the Presidency University, Dhaka, Metropolitan University and Institute of Business & Technology (IBIT), Sylhet. He was awarded with the Sarojini Naidu Gold Medal Award in 2000, C.R. Das Gold Medal Award in 2002 and the AtishDipankar Scholar Congress Award in 2004 for his extraordinary contribution in the bank & Insurance sector of Bangladesh.

Engr. Tahsin Aman, Vice Chairman

Tahsin Aman, aged about 37 years is the Vice Chairman of Aman Group of Companies as well as Aman Spinning Mills. He finished his Undergraduate degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts, USA with a major in Industrial Engineering and minors in Management, Computer Science and MIS. He completed his minor requirements from Harvard University, USA. He also completed his MBA from IBA, Dhaka University. He is a distinguished business person in Bangladesh and renown for his social contribution to the country for promoting skill development as a national priority to government regulators and private sector. Tahsin Aman is the Managing director of Ayat Skill Development Center, a non-profit training facility. In addition to his contribution in the Aman Group of Companies, Tahsin Aman is the President of the American Alumni Association, Bangladesh and Ex-Vice Chairman of Global Insurance Ltd. He is also one of the members of the Governing Board of Metropolitan University, Sylhet. Tahsin Aman is also a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, USA, the Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh, and as well as various clubs and organizations.

Tahrin Aman, aged about 33 years is the Managing Director of Aman Sinning Mills Ltd & Group Director of Aman Group of Companies ltd. He finished his Undergraduate degree from Boston College, Massachusetts, USA with a triple major in Marketing, Finance and Management Information Systems. He also attended Harvard University, USA to fulfill his degree requirements. He has also completed his Masters in Finance from Boston College. He was awarded the Hutchinson Memorial Award from the Dean of Boston College for his outstanding performance in the academic field. He is a distinguished business person in Bangladesh and holds extensive knowledge and background in business management, business development, and financial aspects acquired in USA. In addition to his contribution in the Aman Group of Companies, Tahrin Aman is the Ex-Vice Chairman of Desh General Insurance Ltd & member of the Governing Board of Trustee of Presidency University. Tahrin Aman is a member of the American Alumni Association, Bangladesh and various other clubs and social organizations.

Tazneen Aman, Director

Tazneen Aman is one of the Director of Aman Spinning Mills Ltd & Group Director of Aman Group of Companies Ltd. She completed her graduation from Dhaka University and B-ed from National University. In addition to her active involvement in the Aman Group of Companies, Tazneen Aman is the Director of The Farmers Bank Ltd and also a member of the Governing Board of Presidency University, Dhaka. She is also the founder Director of Aman Group Foundation. Besides her contribution in the business sector, she is also involved in social, cultural and philanthropic activities. These extra ordinary activities have led her to earn prestigious awards such as Mother Teresa congressional gold medal Award in 2007, Begum Rokeya Shining personality Award in 2007, Mahatma Gandhi peace award in 2008 and the Nawab Faizunnesa Gold Medal in 2008.

Nusrat Aman, Director

Nusrat Aman is one of the Directors of Aman Spinning Mills Ltd. She completed her graduation from Clark University with majors in Biology & Physiology with a Neuroscience Concentration in May 1999. She completed one year research program in UMass Medical under Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts, USA. In 2001, she joined Institute of Child and Mother Health as a Child Psychologist and Counselor to families with children having special needs. She also completed her MBA program from IBA, Dhaka University in 2007. In addition to her contribution to ASML she has also been a consultant in BRAC University. She is a member of the Governing Board of Presidency University and has served as the General Secretary of American Alumni Association from 2006-2010. Nusrat Aman is the Chairperson of Ayat Network and Director and active member of Ayat Skill Development Center engaged in promoting the benefits of training and development program to enhance country competitiveness.

Anowara Aana Aman, Director

Anowara Aana Aman is one of the Director of Aman Spinning Mills Ltd. She completed her graduation from Clark University with the major of Studio Art & History of Art. After that she also completed a diploma course in Law. Presently, she is pursuing to be an advocate in law & MBA degree from North South University, Dhaka. She is a member of the American Alumni Association, & life member of Nazrul Academy of Bangladesh and the member of various other clubs and social organizations.
