BO Account Opening Requirement

For single Account:

  •  BO Account Opening forms duly filled in all respect and sign properly.
  •  2 (two) copies passport size (Lab Print) photographs duly signed at the back.
  •  Photocopy of National ID /Photocopy of valid Passport/Bank Certificate (Original should be shown at the time opening BO).
  •  Bank Account Statement.
  •  Cheque Page Photocopy for Account Number(13 Digit MICR) & Routing Number.
  •  1(one) copy passport size (Lab Print) photograph of Nominee duly attested by Account holder.
  •  Photocopy of Nominee’s NID/Birth Certificate duly attested by Account holder.

For Joint Account:

  •  BO Account Opening forms duly filled in all respect and sign properly.
  •  2 (two) copies passport size (Lab Print) photographs of each Account holder duly signed at the back.
  •  Photocopy of National ID/Photocopy of valid Passport/Bank Certificate of both account holder (Original should be shown at the time opening BO).
  •  First Account holder Bank Account Statement copy.
  •  Cheque Page Photocopy for Account Number(13 Digit MICR) & Routing Number.
  •  1(one) copy passport size (Lab Print) photograph of Nominee duly attested by First Account holder.
  •  Photocopy of Nominee’s NID/Birth Certificate duly attested by Account holder.

For Link account:

  • Attach photocopy of existing BO Account Acknowledgement.

For NRB Account:

  •  BO Account Opening forms duly filled in all respect and sign properly.
  •  2 (two) copies passport size (Lab Print) photographs of Account holder duly signed at the back.
  •  Foreign Currency Account Statement.
  •  Normal Bank Account Statement & Cheque Page Photocopy for Account Number(13 Digit MICR) & Routing Number.
  •  Photocopy of valid Passport (Original should be shown at the time opening BO).
  •  Photocopy of Job Certificate (Original should be shown at the time opening BO).
  •  1(one) copy passport size (Lab Print) photograph of Nominee duly attested by Account holder.
  •  Power of Attorney.

For Institutional/Company Account:

  • BO Account Opening forms duly filled in all respect and sign properly.
  • Photocopy of Memorandum & Articles of Association certified by RJSC.
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation (duly attested by the Chairman or MD of the Company).
  • Bi-Laws Rules & Regulations.
  • Valid Trade License (duly attested by the Chairman or MD of the Company).
  • TIN Certificate (duly attested by the Chairman or MD of the Company).
  • Board Resolution regarding opening of BO account and its mode of operation.
  • 2 (Two) copies of recent passport size photograph(s) of all Directors of the Company (duly attested by the Chairman or MD of the Company).
  • 2 (Two) copies of recent passport size photograph(s) of BO account operator (s) (duly attested by the Chairman or MD of the Company).
  • Photocopy of National ID card or valid Passport of the mentioned person(s) (duly attested by the Chairman or MD of the Company).
  • Bank certificate including bank statement.
  • Partnership letter (in case of Partnership Firms).
